Question 1: What is DTF printing?

DTF (Direct to Film) printing involves printing your design onto a special film, applying adhesive powder, and heat-pressing it onto garments. It works on a wide range of fabrics and colours.

Question 2: What garments can DTF prints be applied to?

DTF prints can be applied to: Cotton, Polyester, Blends and Light and dark fabrics. They work well on t-shirts, hoodies, jumpers, bags, and more.

Question 3: Do you supply garments or just the DTF prints?

We do both: DTF prints only (you press them yourself), or Full service printing where we supply and press garments for you.

Question 4: What file formats do you accept for artwork?

Preferred formats:

Vector: AI, EPS, PDF, SVG

Raster: PNG (transparent background), PSD, JPG

All artwork should be 300 DPI for best results.

Question 5: Can you help with artwork setup or fixes?

Yes. We can: Resize artwork. Clean up low-quality files. Convert raster images to print-ready formats. Artwork assistance may incur a small setup fee depending on complexity.

For DTF prints:

No minimums for standard gang sheets
For full garment printing:

Minimums may apply depending on garment type and order size.

Question 7: How durable are DTF prints?

DTF prints are highly durable when applied correctly. They are: Stretch-resistant. Wash-resistant. Long-lasting Following correct wash instructions is essential for longevity.

Question 8: What are the washing instructions for DTF prints?

DTF prints are long lasting. To maximise a prints longevity: Wash inside out. Cold wash only. Do not tumble dry. Do not iron directly on the print. Avoid harsh detergents

Question 9: How long does production take?

Turnaround times vary depending on order size and workload, but typically:

DTF prints only: 1–2 business days

Printed garments: 5-7 business days

Question 10: Can you print white ink and full colour designs?

Yes. DTF printing supports: Full colour designs, White ink and Fine details and gradients. It’s ideal for complex artwork.

Question 11: Do you ship Australia/NZ wide?

Yes. We ship DTF prints and finished garments Australia & NZ wide. Local pickup is also available.

Question 12: What happens if there is an issue with my order?

If there’s an issue due to print quality or production error, contact us immediately. We’ll assess the problem and work with you to resolve it quickly and fairly.
